1.WHERE TO BUY ATLANTA PRODUCTS?

Visit the Store Locator tab on the top of the grid to find which stores sell our products.

2.IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER ONLINE?

At the moment our website is not set up to sell online, however we have preferred online retailers which can be found on Store Locator tab under Online Shops.

3.GENERAL RETAIL CONDITIONS

3.1 Distribution guidelines - The distribution strategy is based on a partnership with local agents, who directly report to the central offices in Portugal. From the agents retail clients can expect advice on seasonal collections and support on trading requests. Check Store Locator tab and find the agents contacts under Wholesale option. 

 

3.2 Sales Order requests  - Normally, a Pro-forma invoice is sent to the customer once we receive a sales order document. The orders will get confirmed for delivery once 10% of the total Pro-forma Invoice value is paid in advance.

 

3.3 Payment Methods - We are able to accept payment methods such as, bank transfer, credit card (incl. American Express), and cheque upon goods delivery (subjected to credit insurance). Other credit conditions are subjected to the insurance approval.

 

3.4 Order changes - Any order changes must be communicated witin 30 days after the sales document date. Afterwards, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes requested by customers.  

 

3.5 Quality claims procedure - Our mission is to make use of the finest materials to produce premium quality footwear for all the family. Therefore, any quality claims must be comunicated within 10 working days after goods delivery date and sent to us for further analysis or conclusions. Portocouro, Lda is responsible for claims based on materials or manufacturing defects, but  it is not responsible for claims caused by misuse or application of any cleaning chemicals on the leathers. Therefore, after communicating the Quality claim clients should send the damaged goods to our offices in Portugal, and within 10 working days the goods will be repaired or replaced by a similar article and returned to the clients address, unless a Credit Note is preferred. Also, Portocouro Lda reserves the right not to accept unfounded complaints can be sent to a Technology Footwear Centre for further conclusions.   

 

3.6 Other Costs - Any inbound and outbond transportation costs are paid by the customer.
